The Official Doctor Who Thread!!!!

What does anyone think of the rumours that all of the Doctors will appear for Children in Need? Personally, I'd love to see that - I really enjoyed seeing the ten doctors projected from the Infostamp in The Next Doctor, so something involving all of them, even from film footage, would be great.

Bought two DVDs today - The War Games and The Two Doctors. Watched The Two Doctors already - Patrick Troughton FTW!

OK, got the two Peter Cushing Who films for Christmas... much watching to be done!

The final episode has now been aired (although not in the US until tomorrow)... thoughts, anyone?

Watched Spearhead in Space today, the whole story, which was Jon Pertwee's first story. Awesome. I just had to watch the whole series. Really compelling stuff, especially when you consider how fast-paced the newer Doctor Who stories are.

Think I need to check out a few more Third Doctor stories.

There's a split-second point at the end of the episode where turns to Liz Shaw and does that slightly winky, broad smile that Tennant does. Wonder if that's where Tennant got the idea?

I noticed that. I think 2, 7 and 11 are all very similar. 10 borrows heavily from 5. 3, 6 and 9 are all action men.

Whoa. The weird part of that clip is that he sounds quite rational until the very last moment.

I don't see why so many people hate Matt Smith so much. I think he's doing a great job

I suppose it's because isn't David Tennant. Some people can't let it go. I'm sure they reference that somewhere in The Rebel Flesh...
