House built using TS1 base game only....

Having had many trials and tribulations involving my new Vista machine I reverted to The Sims 1. Today I installed it to find that it works perfectly without any tweaking at all.

To avoid hours of installed followed by hours of possible uninstalling I only installed the base game to try it out. Here's what I built...

The Randomsim Villa

Built on a small plot of land, the Villa is a bijou home with a definite Mediterranean flavour...



Built with the single Sim or a couple in mind, the Villa has one bedroom with a a number of rooftop patios...

Wow... that's takin' it back, Cyber! Nice house! I don't even think I could locate my Sims 1 stuff.

Made the mistake of trying to add an EP to it, so having to start again.

It's always the way. I've had my RAM upgraded to 2 gigs so I'm going to try again. Since I uninstalled TS1 I've also disabled the Aero interface which takes its toll on the memory and the graphics chip, so I'm gonna have another go...
