That is close to perfict,you could use clonesim and make that a real painting you know, would be a awsome addition to any sim room

i might just go with the White house at night painting, something easy to start off with

So, you come up with your lot ideas from scratch? I'm never quite creative enough for that, I have to copy houses I see online.

I can't wait to see the next one you come up with! I usually leave gazebos out of my houses, now I'm all intrigued to play around with them.

It's been ages since I've had any time to play TS2 but finally I got to play around with boolprop again and create this:

Hmmm... well, seeing as this competition isn't really taking off much anyway, take your time.

well since we dont have much of a fan base for the time being how about when we get 3 enterys for a compertintion then the rest who have yet to enter get a week to do so.

i will keep on letting firends know of this site , but another good place to advertise this compertrion would ne snoty sims and modthesims2 forums.
yjay way more people will know of this site because right now mikes as been realy quiet for 3-4 months now

My Sims neighbourhoods are starting to look like building sites - I'm building lots all over and not finishing half of them. Here's a hotel I'm working on...

We love boolprop!

Managed to make a bridge to go over a driveway and water at the same time and then build shops on elevated land. Probably not a big deal but I just wanted to see if I could!

My first business to turn a decent profit...

Albert Test's Car Lot

First, I built a shabby old wooden hut and left a few puddles and oil stains here and there...



Furnished the place with a makeshift bookshelf and a computer...



Bought a few cars, including the obligatory too-crappy-to-sell older vehicles used for cheapo repairs to the better models: you should see some of the dealerships near where I live... these would actually be at the front, on sale...



Bought a few other, better vehicles...





And put a very earnest-looking Albert behind the counter... would YOU buy a used car from this man?



I love the way the customers scoop up goods and put them in a blue carrier bag, even cars and pianos.

Albert and Simbert are my two test Sims - they end up doing all kinds of stuff most people wouldn't do at gunpoint.


EDIT: Simbert has sold his home toymaking business and has just bought the new rival car lot Merv's Motors...

Have you ever photographed your entire neighbourhood to see what it all looks like together? It was quite a surprise for me...

I haven't got too many - I don't have the patience to play them because they always make such a mess of my beautiful houses.

Some of them are test Sims who get used for trying out businesses, swimmable lots and different cheats. I have a couple called the Tokensims who have been zapped by lightning and become vampires, all in the interests of trying out boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Mrs Tokensim may be very glamorous but boy can she fish! I also have Sims whose skills have been zapped to try out different careers and objects. For example, when Simbert became a rival car dealer to Albert, I gave him maximum charisma points to help him sell his sports cars quickly.

I tend to build more than actually play properly but I figured it was time to try a business. I'm one of those people who gets the new EP as soon as it comes out, but I rarely use it for anything other than build and buy content.

Having downloaded a stack of new terrain paints (thanks, Lizard ), I decided to play around with them a little...



Quite impressed with the level of detail in them...



Not sure what this is, btw, just a random crater thing filled with water, I guess.
