I think you're right in that you're adding to your bad mood. Have you tried any classical music? It's surprising how soothing it can be...

yeah i do like some clasical music one of my all time favorites is O mio babbino caro and moonlight sonarta .

but i am feeling a little happier today now, just had a few hours chill time, doing some stress relef exercies

Found most of them and like them all so far, some of which i know of and some which i dont.
Though for Carnival of the Animals, my favorite is night at the aquerium, which sounds a lot like the opening music for Beauty and the best, which makes scence seeing as its french .

Pictures at the exubtion was also very enjoyable and the "The Bogatyr Gates" is well knowen to me, though until toninight had no ideawhat it was called.

If you're in a cool jazz mood, you could try Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue from 1924 - it's very famous for its extremely difficult clarinet glissando at the beginning.

nice and relaxing after some bad news i heard.
after a few hours out its just sort of hit me.
i posted my day on mikeinside if any of you want to read up on it

yeah it was not the one i was thinking of, but i still know of the other one from the rugby matchs he played against the school i went to.
I just get a anoyed who people can throw thier life away when so many people fight for thiers everyday.

i had a better day today, but it just didnt turn out the way i was planing.
went i get some sleepi will update the draft i posted on mikes.
its like no matter how much i try and keep my qualites showing, i still seem to look like a bit of a Prat .
so i got a lot of work to do on improving that

Camille Saint Saens - Carnival of the Animals i need to get rid of the craoy dance music that was drumbed in to me tonight.
and next i will listan to some of my favorite Ray Charles songs (cant stop loving you) and Mess around.

from what i heard from conversations around the bar last night, the service prity big. but i dont know much more.


i Just normaly get low self esstem. and when i am out i tend to look to much in to what people think of me.
but i am all ready feeling a bit better today, last night was just a small downfall.

Strangely, listening to some accompaniments a friend recorded for me when our school put on Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
