Is it worth getting the seasons expansion? It looks pretty good but I'm not sure if I should get it or not cuz it'll make my game run even slower.

I'd say it was worth it for the new interactions and objects - your ponds would have fish in them and your Sims can catch them. I love the kitchen stuff they've added and the build mode objects.

I bought Bon Voyage this morning!

I bought it too! New plants and trees! YAY! I love the "bonsai" tree! Its all twisty! =] I managed to type my serial in and loose the book! =[ i cant figure out how to build my own hotel, do i set it as residential or commercial when i put a lot grid down? =]

Build it as a community lot first. Shame you lost the book - it tells you how to do it in there...

Don't know about bugs in it, but I was pretty disappointed with the lack of new items in the game. It's nice to be able to build beach lots, however, even though I'm a little stuck for inspiration at present.

What do you think it'll be?

Does this mean that The Sims 3 is taking even longer in the making than we thought? :suspect:

What will it be this time? Some of the TS2 EPs have been copies of the original TS1 packs.

Livin' Large / House Party / Hot Date = Nightlife
Unleashed = Pets
On Vacation = Bon Voyage

They did say that they were planning 7 expansion packs in one of the chats or interviews when TS2 wasnt even out! So i assumed there would be one more! :p Its cryptically described though!

I aggree with you! Its more of bulk items for themes that you cant use in all houses and stuff. I do like the new gameplay features but i dont play the game enough, im mainly building!

Hobbies will be like superstar i think, like when you get realy good at a hobby, then people will recognise you for that.
(just get rid of that awful mini game where you got to pick the right combernation of actions i hated that )

yeah that did my head in, not only did you have to be in a good enough mood, and have enough star power and have good skill point but you had to pick the correct random combination!

Has anyone else bought Apartment Life yet?

Is the gameplay any better than the new content?
