New apartment building

Been a while.

Voila Wilmesfoot Executive Apartments. This is a former house which has been converted into two executive apartments, decorated and furnished in a city-style 'loft' fashion.



Note my favourite little rooftop patios.



And an outdoor bar!

So an interior view now...

The upstairs apartment is designed to be a studio with some room division provided by black smoked glass. It's designed to be something of a bachelor pad.

The boyish bedroom area is separated from the main living area by smoked glass.



A spacious lounge area is served by a corer sofa, in bachelor-friendly black.



The kitchen area also serves as a recreational area, featuring a retro arcade machine.

So what about the apartment downstairs? Formerly a studio apartment, the owner has created a few new twists on the design...

On entry, we are met by a spacious, modern hallway, which leads straight through to the rear of the property.





A deceptively spacious TV area sits to the right of the front door.



An office area is tucked away neatly to the rear of the property, bringing in natural light but without compromising on privacy.





A small but functional kitchen sits to the front of the property, featuring all mod cons.



A new mezzanine level has enabled the owner to claim additional space in the property, creating a cosy sleeping nook with a refreshing modern look!
