Yes, you can. Just upload it in the normal way but make sure the avatar is the correct size (150px by 200px). You can always post it and I'll resize it if necessary.

I can resize it in Photoimpact, but then I only get the first frame?
What should I do, Oh, teach of great cyberness?

The problem with the image being animated is that a program like PhotoImpact doesn't necessarily recognise that. It will only open the first frame, so when you resize the image onscreen, only the first frame is resized. If you send the original image to your gallery I'll resize the whole thing for you.
