But this time, to my own flat. No more renting. I'll be moving to a new flat...again. 833371
And that means 25-30 years of marriage to my bank. Language, Timothy!

Plus my car loan, total amount for my loans is about 70k €. Shocked

The gallery should be in English, but all descriptions are in Finnish, sorry.

Looking good: nice, spacious rooms. Thumbs up As for the loans, it seems impossible to get away with not owing money somewhere along the line.

So when do you officially move in?

"Officially", at the end of this month.
My net connection will be moved at 27 of April (hopefully), so I think that’s the deadline.

I'll be renovating it for next 1-2 weeks first:
- remove one cabinet from the hallway (above the coat rack)
- fiberglass wallpaper
- new paint over fiberglass wallpaper
- and floor laminate

Kitchen does need renovation, it's original, from 70's, but will be done in the future.

Decided to remove all cabinets from the hallway. Why? Overall condition: too low. Laughing

Yesterday and today I have been filling up old holes and other
uneven spots so that the fiberglass wallpaper installation would be cleaner.
