Art Deco Mansion

I finally did it - I reinstalled all my Sims 1 expansion packs and built a HUUUGE house. I'd forgotten just how crude it all feels by comparison with Sims 2 but it was easy to get back in the swim of things again. Mind you, I did miss not being able to rotate the lots properly or zoom in and out with my scroll wheel.

So, yeah... I built this...

Largesse, an Art Deco-inspired mansion for Sims who want to make an impact.








I haven't written a description of it (Lipsy's better at that kind of thing than I am) but thought I'd post it as it's probably the best Sims 1 house I've built for a while. You can see some of my older houses at my old Sims site...

i forgot how good the original sims still looks even today

Yeah, some of the later stuff they made looks really good, even now. I wish they'd do a kitchen set like that one for Sims 2 *sigh*.
